I first became aware of my healing ability around 30 years ago and have since explored a wide range of healing traditions, including Reiki and Therapeutic Touch. I have been a member of the healing team at Penny Brohn Cancer Care for many years.

My work there includes individual healing sessions, group work in relaxation, meditation and the use of imagery for self-healing.

I am also the Regional Training Officer for the Healing Trust (www.nfsh.org.uk), running courses helping people discover their healing potential.

Having been a Core Energy Management coach since 2003, I  have worked with William Bloom on the Spiritual Companions Project, more details of which can be found at f4hs.org. I have recently joined the pastoral care team at the University of the West of England and am a Trustee of the Holistic Spirituality Alliance South West.

I am available for talks on healing and related subjects, tailor made for your group. I am a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.

Prior to becoming a wholistic healer and teacher, my background was in the NHS and Universities of Bristol, where I worked at managerial level as an information scientist.
