I first became aware of my healing ability around 35 years ago and have since explored a wide range of healing traditions, including Reiki and Therapeutic Touch.

I am the Regional Training Officer for the Healing Trust (www.nfsh.org.uk), running courses helping people discover their healing potential.

Having been a Core Energy Management coach since 2003, I  work with William Bloom on the Spiritual Companions Project and at The Foundation for Holistic Spirituality  f4hs.org.

I have been a member of the healing team at Penny Brohn Cancer Care for many years. My work there has included individual healing sessions, group work in relaxation, meditation and the use of imagery for self-healing.

I am available for talks on healing and related subjects, tailor made for your group and  am a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.

Prior to becoming a wholistic healer and teacher, my background was in the NHS and Universities of Bristol, where I worked at managerial level as an information scientist.
